| Dennis Wise leaves Leeds for Newcastle! |
|

So Dennis the Menace is off to Toon in some kind of management executive role - WHAT'S THAT ALL ABOUT!!!
He won't be missed - Gus Poyet was the talent in the management team - our performances and results have dropped since Gus went to Spurs.
He took us down last year, should hack a few of your players off if his attitude is the same - hope there are no moles in your camp!
Does this mean we're getting Shearer - or even Big Sam?? Gary Mac is the early favourite.

Sparing partner for Joey Barton in training perhaps? listened to Keegan on Radio 5 and he was pretty faint in his praise for Wise and seemed to hint it was the Board's decision not his. With that sort of vibe you can understand why Woodgate got himself down to North London sharpish to sign for Spurs.
As for Leeds, with a chairman like Ken Bates the choice is a bit limited, McAllister maybe, but given Batesy's track record it could be someone else out of left-field again, interesting hint that John Sheridan of Oldham might be worth considering on the Radio. _________________ "listen 'ere citizen!" |

...and to think Wise was preferred to Ranieri!!
Mmm, Sheridan - doing well at Oldham (and put one over on us this season)
The wally with the brolly - don't even think about it!
Ince - too much Manc in him!
Coleman - wants to go back to Prem
Gary Mac - midfield legend for us, could do a good job if given a chance. _________________

Gary Mac a real hero there could be like King Kev going back to Newcastle, can't see logic in Wise as a director of football.

Coleman, as in Chris ex. Fulham or Gary 'Wotcha talkin' about Willis' Coleman? - Robin did text me earlier with the comment that there was a height issue thing going on here with Dennis Wise, seems the next logical step...........
John Sheridan could be the man though, has done wonders in similar circumstances at Oldham,
o/t are you still thinking of going to Hallen, Colin? _________________ "listen 'ere citizen!" |

Is this a WISE move. From afar it seems to me that there are two kinds of entertainment in football, i.e on the field and off the field.
The circus (off the field) baton today is firmly back in the hands of NUFC, now and then it slips back to LFC. Its about time these 2 so called great clubs got their acts together and started producing the right entertainment (on the field).
It was said on Sky Sports News, that wherever a Director of Football and Football Manager co-exists there is always a rift betwwen them.
What sort of management makes these wacky decisions? Probably the sort that is trying to run this country! Bad subject, moving on........... _________________ We Stand Together |

A complete waste of money. No need for this position and not Wise either. Sky Sports News interviewed Magpie fans and not one of them could understand the logic in this. |

Could the rivalry/competition have already begun? Have the Toon even scored a goal yet under the new regime? _________________ UP to the South! |

Will Liverpool need to enter the intertoto cup in the summer ?
Bar Gerrard and Torres would anyother player get in Arsenal, Chelsea or Man Ures team ?
Got £500 spare dustin for your share in Liverpool ? _________________ There are 10 types of people in the world, those that understand binary and those that dont.

What are you saying? Something about glass houses?
I'm reading all about the Intertoto Cup -- it sounds interesting! I mean, LFC would hardly get the chance to play teams from Cyprus or Kazhakstan in the Champions League, would they?
As a matter of fact, I do have my $1000 ready to go to help buy out my clueless compatriots.
