My thought's...

I wrote something 20 years ago concerning religion. Now back then my writing skills were not what they are today. I tended to ramble, but when I wrote this and it was printed in a local christian newspaper, I received many comments from many different sects of Christianity and about 80% of them were negative.

This amazed me and I was glad that I did not give my address in the post. But looking back, I noticed that more than half of them were from Catholics. Why did they respond more than others? I never mentioned any denomination by name. Could it be that they themselves saw the RCC within my writing?
