The Dubai World Ports Deal Is Dead! (A commentary)

According to H. Edward Bilkey C.O.O., the Dubai firm has abandoned all plans to take over operations of six major U.S. ports. Washington breathed a sigh of relief as did a majority of Americans.

I heard that it was somewhere near 78% of the American public that gave thumbs down to this plan. It is absolutely amazing that this many Americans rose up in one loud voice to say "NO WAY"! What on earth caused this reaction? Was it the memories of 9/11? My first response would be yes even though the media has done their best to play down the events of that horrible day.

But many still do remember… because they still fear.

For 5 years now, Internet chat rooms, web sites, blogs, forums, and bulletin boards have not let the memories of those 3000 murdered souls fade into the past.

There are memorials to all of the fallen heroes of that day everywhere. No one has forgotten that day and this proves it because the fear remains. But what is this fear? The U.A.E. is supposed to be an ally in the war on terror and we have been told that they have taken actions that prove it. (Don't ask me what they are because all I have seen is evidence to disprove it). So why the fear of letting this little Muslim country run the port operations?

Perhaps it's the message that many of us on the Internet have been spreading to anyone that will listen, that Islamics cannot be trusted…EVER!

You may call us conspiracy nuts, fear mongers, racists or haters all you want. The fact remains that many are realizing that followers of Mohammad are deceitful, dangerous, and deadly! People are finally waking up to the fact that even though the mantra, "Islam is peace," has been rammed down our throats for years now… ACTIONS STILL SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS!!!

We have seen the beheadings, the Beslan children murdered; and the bombings in Spain, London, Bali, India, Pakistan, and Israel, (where it's been going on for a long time). We have watched Muslims killing each other for the slightest infraction of Islamic Sharia Law. We have seen the abuse and murder of women and children, Christian, Jews, and others who are practicing another faith, or not practicing one at all. We know of the slaughter of millions of Sudanese people. We know how Muslims aligned themselves with Hitler during WWII while committing the Armenian Genocide. We know the truth of the Crusades, (not your revisionist truth), THE REAL TRUTH! We know of the 1451 years of murder and mayhem that began with Mohammad preaching his vile "religion". And more recently, we watched as Muslims rioted and burned in France and the same worldwide because someone insulted your precious "prophet" in a cartoon. If Christians and Jews rioted, burned, and murdered every time a Muslim insulted our religions, Islam would have been nothing more than a footnote in a book on cults of the world.

I am happy to see that "some" Americans are waking up to the real truth about Islam. They may not know everything, but they know enough to make the smart decision. I am also elated to see the major media outlets finally woke up and told America about the P&O deal, (although they were 4 months late). This story hit the Internet October 5th of last year and the chats, forums and blogs went crazy. We wondered why the talking heads weren't crawling all over it. Maybe it was because they were too busy attacking the President and Homeland Security for the "bungling" in the aftermath of hurricane Katrina?

Oh wait, I think I understand now. In October of last year, no one had yet made any connection of H.S. or the President to the P&O plan. But in Feb. of this year, they did make the connection and NOW it's big news! I do have to ask this question though; if no connection could have been made between the P&O plan and G.W.B. or H.S., would it have had the same importance???

I shudder to think that none of this would have had the impact that it did and we would now have Muslims running six major east coast ports. Granted, with Bush and H.S. involved, it became a tastier morsel for liberal appetites, yet I can't help remembering that most newspapers buried it on page 35, and the only premier network that even mentioned it was FOX. (My apologies if the rest of you did broadcast the article and I missed it, I might have sneezed at that moment). Again, I ask if you did broadcast it, why wasn't it a top story in October…

Oh well, no big deal now, right? Everything came out, the deal is dead now, and America is safe once again because the news anchors "saved" us from the demon G.W.B. and those terrorist thugs. (Take a bow).

Go back to sleep America, the media has our backs and we can relax and have happy, happy thoughts again, (gulp).
