Allah subhana wa ta'ala said 'Be' and Jesus(as) was. He said 'Be' and Adam(as) was. Yes Adam(as) was created from dust and Jesus(as) from the Holy Spirit, but they occured with the word of God...'Be'. All humans are related to Adam(as) who was created by dust.
