If someone believes that false accusations and slander are not acceptable forms of speech it is an opinion. Accusations without proof and slander are more than just an opinion, they have an intent to impune character and thus must be given to facts and not just 'attitude'. If that opinion is supported by the majority, then so be it. The opinion is that slandering someone may be something you freely do, but it is not without consequences. If you print something libelous in the newspaper you may have to cough up some dough and give up your freedom as a journalist or editor for slandering another human being. Freedom comes with responsiblity and consequences. People are free to harm one another, but they can not be free from the consequences of that harm. Freedom is given inherently and so are consequences for the choices made in that freedom. _________________ It is by loving the creation that we worship the creator. All of mankind is God's creation. Can u make me aware of any slanderous word I've said, or of any claims I have made and not back up? There is no such thing as consequences for freedom of speech. If there are consequences for what u say, then it's not FREEDOM of speech. Besides, I never heard any one being arrested or fined for saying what they feel. At least not here in America and most 'Islamic' countries. If u know of a case, please my sister present it. Tony I am posting, I've just been busy lately. You might not be aware of that. Technically you have been libelous because your words are written, if you speak them outloud then it is slander. They fall under the greater heading of defamation. In law, defamation (also called calumny, libel, slander, and vilification) is the communication of a statement that makes a false claim, expressly stated or implied to be factual, that may give an individual, business, product, group, government or nation a negative image. Slander refers to a malicious, false and defamatory spoken statement or report, while libel refers to any other form of communication such as written words or images. Most jurisdictions allow legal actions, civil and/or criminal, to deter various kinds of defamation and retaliate against groundless criticism _________________ It is by loving the creation that we worship the creator. All of mankind is God's creation. You can not hate another and claim to love the creator, for by doing so you are hating the one who created him.

I don't remember calling anyone a racist. A liar I did call a few liars that with proof. I asked you to quote me, show me a link or something where I called something a lie and didn't back it up. If you can't then all this you're talking about is slander, a lie. In law, accusations with out proof gets thrown out of the court. DISMISSED! I'm dismissing your case below. I'm judge and jury. In my opinion, you have offered no proof. The court you speak of would laugh at you, in my opinion. Based on the rules at IF, salah cannot call christian founders, leaders, clerics and followers liars. That is because we cannot insult Mohammed or his followers liars, not that I would want to. That's why you got spanked at IF, salah. Here? I don't know if the same rules should apply. I think we should be a little more wide open. Maybe we already are. But that is only the opinion of one.
