Hi welcome to cross stitchers forum for male or the population with the Y chromosome. Hence the name Y-XS. I created this forum not to be discriminatory to the female population but rather want a place where the boys alone could get together and share our discussions and views about our hobby or past time in cross stitching.

Most of the forum are open to the public (including the ladies) to view and read, however only registered members are allowed to reply or post. Registration required approval from the administration and can take time. If you are applying for registration please tell us a little bit about your self first by clicking on new topic button below. Please include your user id name in the post. Once I have read your application and happy that you are a real person and not a spammer. I will approve your membership then you will be able to view some other hidden forums and join in the conversation. I will also move or delete your first post to the other forum to keep this forum short.

There are some basic rules which I would ask everyone to follow

1. No flaming, any offensive and insulting comments will not be tolerated and be removed. This is an international forum consist of people from different places and backgrounds. Please respect and treat others as you would like to be treated.

2. No spams please !!!! Spammers will be banned from the forum. Enabling is ok with restriction

3 Have fun and please advertise this group to other male stitchers that you know.

Recently we seem to have an increase in members wanting to join our group, but everyone seems to overlook the rule for application above. I do believe that these maybe spammers rather than true male stitchers.

I want to inform everyone about a new recent changes/rule to all mfbb boards in eliminating future spammers. I believe this is one of the best rule ever come out from them. That is new members are only allowed to post in free text format only. Any html or links or pictures will be automatically turned off or disabled until his or her post count is more than 10. This had been applied to all boards and beyond my control. However as an administrator I do have the ability to edit these post hence making these html works.
